The project was honored by Mr. Sorasak Radakhet, Director of the Central Regulations Division, Bureau of Legal Affairs and Central Regulations, Office of the Permanent Secretary to the Prime Minister, who served as the guest speaker. He shared his expertise on the principles, formats, regulations, and techniques of official correspondence writing in accordance with government standards. The session also enhanced students’ understanding of appropriate language use and effective official communication.

The activity was conducted at Computer Laboratory Room 3111, 1st Floor, Building 31, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and via Google Meet in a hybrid learning format, providing students with inclusive and accessible learning opportunities.

The project emphasized enabling Political Science students to apply the knowledge and skills gained to their studies, professional internships, and real-world work situations, particularly in preparing official documents that comply with government regulations and standards. Students were encouraged to produce documents that are accurate, clear, concise, and appropriate to the context of each organization. Furthermore, the project promoted systematic working skills and the integration of academic knowledge into practical applications, strengthening graduates’ competencies to meet labor market demands.

The project also supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as follows:
