On 10 July 2026, the Bachelor of Political Science Program, Department of Political Science, College of Politics and Governance, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Ranong Education Center, underwent an Internal Educational Quality Assessment at the Program Level in accordance with the ASEAN University Network – Quality Assurance (AUN-QA Version 4.0) framework. The assessment aimed to enhance the quality of academic management and ensure that the program meets ASEAN quality standards.
On this occasion, Police Lieutenant Colonel Kritsana Channit, Head of the Department of Political Science, together with the program faculty members, welcomed the distinguished assessment committee, comprising:
- Associate Professor Dr. Amphol Nawongsatian – Chairperson
- Assistant Professor Dr. Aree Taylor – Committee Member
- Lecturer Dr. Sanhanat Chakraphatwong – Committee Member
- Ms. Thanyalak Thongsuk – Secretary
The program received an AUN-QA assessment rating of Level 3 (Adequate as Expected), reflecting that the program has effectively met the required quality standards and established an appropriate quality assurance and management system. This achievement serves as a solid foundation for the continuous enhancement of educational quality toward ASEAN standards, with the ultimate goal of producing high-quality graduates who are well-equipped to meet the evolving needs and challenges of society in the future.
