
On August 14, 2026, the College of Politics and Government, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, organized a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony to promote and develop an international academic collaboration network between Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University and three overseas higher education institutions: University of Batangas, Republic of the Philippines; Maharashtra Institute of Technology World Peace University, Republic of India; and Himalayan University, Republic of India. On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Chaiwat Phueak Khong, Vice Dean for Research and Academic Services, College of Politics and Government, served as the coordinator of the MOU signing ceremony. The event was attended by the administrators, faculty members, and staff of the College of Politics and Government.
Meanwhile, Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, assigned Assistant Professor Dr. Kornkamol Choochuay, Assistant President for Curriculum and Instructional Management, to serve as the university’s representative. She joined the signing of the MOU with Associate Professor Police Lieutenant General Dr. Sannathan Chayannon, Dean of the College of Politics and Government, representing Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, together with administrators and representatives from the international partner universities.
The MOU aims to promote international academic and cultural exchanges among students, faculty members, and academic personnel, as well as facilitate the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and academic best practices among the participating institutions. It also seeks to promote the development and implementation of joint projects and educational programs at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Furthermore, the collaboration encompasses the development of teaching and learning, joint research projects, international academic conferences, the production and dissemination of academic publications, training programs, and various academic and research activities. These initiatives are intended to strengthen academic capabilities and generate mutual benefits for all partner institutions. The signing of this MOU marks another significant step in expanding the international academic collaboration network of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University and the College of Politics and Governance. It is expected to contribute to the continuous enhancement of education and research quality, knowledge exchange, and academic opportunities for students, faculty members, and staff, while advancing the university’s operations toward international standards.The ceremony was held at the University Council Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Building 31, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and was also conducted via an online platform.
