Master of Public Administration Program Invites Participants to Special Lecture on “The Psychology of Understanding People in Organizations”
The Master of Public Administration (MPA) Program, College of Politics and Governance, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, cordially invites interested individuals to attend a special lecture titled “The Psychology of Understanding People in Organizations.” The session aims to enhance participants' knowledge of human resource management, effective communication, and collaboration within organizations. It will focus on applying psychological principles to personnel management, fostering employee motivation, and developing human potential to drive organizational success in a sustainable manner.
The lecture will be delivered by Dr. Krit Pairirak, an expert in organizational psychology and human potential development.
