Congratulations to Ms. Rattana Tia-Ye, an alumna of the Local Government Program (Class of 2013), on successfully passing the 2026 Civil Service Examination for the position of Administrative Officer (Practitioner Level) – District Officer (Palad Amphoe).
Ms. Rattana successfully passed the General Knowledge Examination (Phase I), the first and essential stage of the civil service recruitment process. Out of 16,691 applicants, only 1,141 candidates passed this stage, reflecting her dedication, perseverance, and outstanding capability.
