On March 18, 2026, Assistant Professor Dr. Pimchana Sribunyaparat, Head of the Public Administration Program, together with Police Major General Dr. Nitipat Kittirakkul, a special lecturer, conducted a supervision visit for third-year undergraduate students in the Public and Private Management track under the Public Administration Program, College of Politics and Government, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
They were warmly welcomed by Police Colonel Premsak Thong-on, Superintendent of Dusit Metropolitan Police Station, along with the police officers from Dusit and Samsen Police Stations.
During this short-term field internship, students were assigned to three main divisions: administration, crime prevention and suppression, and investigation. They gained hands-on experience in the police station’s operational system, organizational structure, and authority and responsibilities. Students also learned about community policing, which focuses on building cooperation with the public in preventing and suppressing crime.
Furthermore, the students were able to apply their knowledge to real-life situations, particularly in cases involving criminal offenses, enhancing their understanding of how to prepare documents, evidence, and information for reporting incidents to police officers for further legal action.
