Subject: Resignation from the Position of President of the Student Council
I hereby announce my resignation from the position of President of the Student Council, effective from today onward.
Throughout the period in which I was entrusted with this role, I have endeavored to carry out my duties with the best interests of students at heart. I have always believed that the “voice of students” should carry meaning beyond mere formality.
However, any work requires mutual understanding and trust. When intentions are perceived from different perspectives and the space to carry out one’s responsibilities gradually narrows, continuing forward may no longer be the most dignified choice.
I believe that a strong organization does not grow through control, but through trust. Development should not be interpreted as overstepping boundaries.
In order for everything to proceed in an orderly manner, I have chosen to step aside at an appropriate time.
I would like to thank all fellow students for the opportunity and encouragement. At the very least, I am proud to have served with honesty and without ever compromising my intentions.
Sometimes, standing firm comes at a cost. Yet, the dignity of representing students is always more important than any position.
