On 6 November 2025, the Bachelor of Political Science Program at the College of Politics and Government, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, continued its mission to enhance students’ competencies in the digital era through the “Digital Technology Skills for Education and Political Science Creativity Development Project.” The initiative was assigned by Dr. Suebsawat Wuttiworadit, Head of the Political Science Program, to Dr. Saroj Bunsoemwan, Head of the Politics and Government  Field, who served as the project leader. The project aims to empower political science students with digital literacy, adaptability to rapid global changes, and the ability to apply technology effectively in analysis, presentation, and creative political science work.

The program was honored to have Dr. Chaiwat Jewpanich, Head of the Educational Innovation and Technology Program, Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, serve as the keynote speaker. He shared expertise on educational technology, appropriate use of digital tools, and essential future skills for careers in government and civil society. The training was held at Computer Laboratory 1122, 2nd Floor, Building 11, Faculty of Education, providing an environment conducive to hands-on learning.

This project not only enhances the digital competencies of political science students but also aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4, which focuses on inclusive and quality education and 21st-century skills; SDG 8, which emphasizes strengthening the capabilities of youth and the future workforce to adapt to technology and innovation as a foundation for sustainable social and economic development; and SDG 17, which promotes the role of educational institutions as knowledge-driven partners in advancing society through innovation.

The digital skills development initiative represents another important step for Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University in cultivating “future-ready graduates” equipped with both political science expertise and technological proficiency—preparing them to become a vital force in driving national development effectively and sustainably.
