On 18 December 2025 at 1:00 PM, in Meeting Room 4 on the 4th floor of the Lawyers Council Under the Royal Patronage, the 3/2025 meeting of the Legal Research and Development Committee was convened. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Jiraphan Yanaruang, a member of the Legal Research and Development Committee, together with Dr. Julaphat Keeratipoomtham, serving as Vice-Chairman of the Committee, and Asst. Prof. Thanawat Phisitjinda, serving as a committee member (and a lecturer at the College of Politics and Governance, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University), along with other committee members who attended in full.
The meeting considered the policy plan, vision, mission, and the strategic framework for the five-year operational period (2025–2029), as well as the development of an operational timeline for the amendment of the Lawyers Act B.E. 2528 (1985), Version 6, with the aim of maximizing benefits for lawyers and the public.
