
On June 24, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., the Academic Services Division of the College of Politics and Government, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Keeratiwan Kalyanamit, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, organized a workshop entitled “Course Specification (OBE3) and Course Report (OBE5) Development Based on the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) Framework” at the Computer Laboratory, Building 31, 1st Floor, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The workshop aimed to enhance faculty members’ capabilities in teaching and learning management in accordance with the principles of Outcome-Based Education (OBE).
The event was officially opened by Associate Professor Police Lieutenant General Dr. Santhan Chayanon, Dean of the College of Politics and Governance. The workshop was honored to have Assistant Professor Dr. Nattapat Kaewrattanapat, Vice President for Academic Affairs of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, as a keynote speaker on “Developing Course Specifications (OBE3) and Course Reports (OBE5) Based on the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) Concept.” In addition, Assistant Professor Dr. Thanachayot Jampawai, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs of the Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, delivered a session on “Learning Management through SSRU Flip & Flow Learning Techniques.”
The workshop provided a platform for knowledge sharing, exchange of experiences, and practical guidance on learning outcome design, course specification development (OBE3), and course report preparation (OBE5) in alignment with educational quality assurance criteria and international standards.
The primary objective of the project was to strengthen faculty members’ knowledge, understanding, and skills in designing and preparing teaching and learning documents based on the OBE framework. This approach serves as a key mechanism for enhancing curriculum quality and educational management processes, enabling institutions to respond effectively to societal changes and the evolving needs of learners in the 21st century.
Participants gained valuable knowledge and practical approaches that can be applied to the development of courses and teaching practices more effectively. At the same time, the workshop helped prepare academic programs for future quality assessments based on national and international standards. Ultimately, these efforts contribute to improving graduate quality and fostering sustainable confidence among all stakeholders.
